In 2024/25 we supported 190 clients with 1,513 counselling sessions and assessments. 89% of these services were provided heavily subsidised or free of charge.

Client Feedback
Clients’ report significant improvements in their emotional well-being. Initially, 81% of clients rated their emotional well-being as “very poor” or “poor.” After counselling, this number dramatically decreased to 22%.
Additionally, prior to counselling, just 7% of clients felt their emotional well-being was “good.” Following the counselling sessions, this figure rose significantly to 45%.

Client satisfaction was overwhelmingly positive, as 93% rated their relationship with their counsellor as “excellent” or “good.” Moreover, 89% of clients expressed being “very satisfied” with the service provided.
