In 2023/24 we supported 184 clients with 1,251 counselling sessions and assessments. 90% of these services were provided heavily subsidised or free of charge, as only 28% of our clients are in full-time employment.

Client Feedback
Clients’ report significant improvements in their emotional well-being. Initially, 85% of clients rated their emotional well-being as “very poor” or “poor.” After counselling, this number dramatically decreased to only 11%.
Additionally, prior to counselling, just 4% of clients felt their emotional well-being was “good.” Following the counselling sessions, this figure rose significantly to 60%.

Client satisfaction was overwhelmingly positive, as 99% rated their relationship with their counsellor as “excellent” or “good.” Moreover, 94% of clients expressed being “very satisfied” with the service provided.
